Lynda Carter is an American actor and singer, has a net worth in excess of $10 million. Lynda Carter was the winner of Miss World USA 1972, however, her most well-known role is as Wonder Woman, a live-action TV show inspired by the DC Comic Book. Carter also appears in movies like "Super Troopers", "Sky High," or "The Dukes of Hazzard" as well as a number of made-for-television movies including "Daddy", "Hotline," and "Slayer." "Lynda Carter was born in 1951 in Phoenix, Arizona to Colby and Juanita Carter. Her father is Scots-Irish , and English as well as her mother who is Mexican, Spanish and French. Carter is a half-brother, Vincent and a younger sister, Pamela. She made her television debut at the age of five, appearing on "Lew King’s Talent Show." In high school, she when she joined two groups and performed at an Las Vegas lounge. In college, Carter attended Arizona State University and then dropped out in pursuit of a musical career. After performing on tour with The Garfin Gathering, she quit in 1972 to follow an acting career.
